Privacy policy

This site is run by Vinay Tiwari (vinaytz). This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

• Anything you type into the contact form: your name, email address, what you need, an optional budget, and your message.
• Testimonials submitted by clients through a review link, including the name and feedback you provide.
• Standard request logs kept by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser and pages visited.

The site does not ask for payment or card details, and no payments are taken through it.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work.
• To publish testimonials you have submitted for that purpose.
• To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.

I don't sell or rent your information. A few services process it on my behalf:

• Resend delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
• MongoDB Atlas stores client testimonials.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful for the work or for my records. Published testimonials stay until you ask for them to be removed.

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email developervinaytz@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the inbox and database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so I can't promise absolute security, but I don't collect more than I need in the first place.

This site is not aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
