Terms of service

By engaging me for work, you agree to these terms. Anything specific to your project is set out in the written quote for that project, which takes precedence over this page.

• Full-stack web and application development
• Front-end and back-end development
• UI/UX design and implementation
• API development and integrations
• Maintenance, support and technical advice

Prices shown on this site are starting points, not final quotes. Every project is quoted individually, in writing, before work starts. That quote sets the scope, the price, the currency and the payment schedule.

No payments are taken through this website; invoices are sent and settled directly.

Each project is governed by the agreed quote or statement of work, which covers:

• Scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment schedule
• Revisions and approvals
• Ownership of the result

Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is started.

• Once the project is paid for in full, the final deliverables are yours.
• Code and design created specifically for your project become your property on final payment.
• Pre-existing work and third-party components stay with their original owners, under their own licences.
• I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Timely feedback and approvals, so the timeline holds
• Content, assets and any access credentials the work needs
• Confirmation that what you supply is yours to use
• Payment according to the agreed schedule

Anything you share with me during a project stays confidential and won't be passed to anyone else without your consent, unless the law requires it.

• My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question.
• I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• I am not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services.
• Keeping backups of your own data remains your responsibility.

I will carry out the work with professional skill and care, and the deliverables will substantially match what was agreed. Bugs reported within the agreed support window are fixed at no extra cost.

Beyond that, no other warranties are given, whether stated or implied.

Either of us can end a project in writing. If that happens, you are invoiced for the work completed up to that point, and any finished deliverables are handed over once that invoice is settled.

These terms may change. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of India.
